When Sam discovered a baby that has been left behind after his parents' murder, Sam goes to Dean for help in taking care of the baby. Dean got an unexpected surprise while he was taking care of the baby when the baby suddenly sheds his skins and changed his appearance, resembling the photo of the baby on the diaper case. Meanwhile, a fight between Dean and his grandfather, Samuel, ignites after Samuel plans to raise the said child to be a hunter like them.
