A new neighbor arrive for Kappa Tau and it's making it's presence felt early during KT's festivities that led to Cappie and Rusty doing something unusual by inducting the name sake professor the the next door neighbors Hilgendorfs. But now that the professor has been inducted, he doesn't want to leave the house which made Cappie think about his graduation.
The series' 16th episode of the third season was aired 02/22/2010 Monday at 10:00 PM on ABC.
